SOL VIDA DANCE THEATRE is devoted to studying, teaching, and performing international dance forms. We are dedicated to preserving ancient dance traditions, while cultivating new forms of expression in the performing arts. We are passionate about enhancing progressive dance communities, communal based dance experiences, in addition to youth empowerment and advocacy through the study of the performing arts. SOL VIDA is composed of classes, workshops, and intensives for youth and adults, as well Youth and Adult Performing Ensembles. SOL VIDA specializes in the fusion of worldly forms of dance including: dances of the African and Latin Diasporas, Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop, Improvisation, and more.
